We are looking for a "Demand Planner" for our global partner in the food industry.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, with at least 3 years focused on Demand Planning within a Manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (SAP APO or equivalent planning modules is a must) and advanced MS Excel (Macro-level reporting).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand forecast models using inputs from Commercial, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Balance supply and demand for local and imported products, while optimizing inventory levels to minimize excess and aging stock.
• Use SAP (APO/Planning modules) to track international import data and manage the forecasting system.
• Analyze variances between actual sales and forecasts, collaborating with sales and marketing to adjust models.
• Monitor shipment statuses and lead times, communicating proactively with global suppliers to prevent bottlenecks.
• Support new product launches (NPD) and de-lists by actively participating in Demand Review Meetings (DRM).
• Create end-to-end planning reports and handle data processing using advanced MS Excel (including Macros).
