We are looking for a "Field Service & Calibration Engineer" for our multinational client.

QUALIFICATONS

• University degree in engineering,
• Min. 2+ years of work experience in a similar role and know-how in pneumatic, mechanical, electric and electronic components,
• Customer-focused and able to create customer-centric solutions,
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Effective communication, collaboration and organizational skills,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Good command English both in speaking & writing,
• B driving license.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To manage regular audits, controlling yearly equipment certifications and checking the calibration LAB's compliance with standards,
• Providing calibration documents, KPI’s and reports,
• Supporting and solving the problem of customer’s technical issues calling the customer back,
• To make troubleshooting in accordance with the instructions given to him/her,
• Working closely with workshop, onsite and Field team to ensure services will be delivered on time,
• To provide services such as calibration and service in the field with maintenance engineers according to the customer’s request,
• Cooperate and assist service sales in quotation/service contract preparation process,
• To share the knowledge and experiences gained with global-local trainings with colleagues by organizing internal training,
• Being aware of the importance of developing technical knowledge and social skills while improving processes and strategies.
