We’re looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A Analyst) for our multinational client operating in Ankara.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ FP&A or relevant finance experience, preferably in the manufacturing ındustry.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience (preferably SAP) is highly valued.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and SOX standards is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, initiative-taker, and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator able to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, forecasts, and budgets to deliver actionable insights for profitable and strategic growth.
• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; identify risks and opportunities, directly supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Work cross-functionally to gather financial data, explain performance drivers, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Prepare clear and concise management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
