Our business partner, a global company operating in electrical component manufacturing industry, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its operations in Ankara.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to assigned business units and provide HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Manage HR processes for approximately 100 white-collar employees.
• Partner with leadership teams on organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate white-collar performance management processes end-to-end.
• Take an active role in change management and organizational transformation projects.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and HR analytics.
• Provide HR consultancy and support to managers in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in unionized organizations is preferred.
• Strong experience in performance management, change management, and organizational transformation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
