Our business partner, a global company operating in the electrical manufacturing industry, is looking for an experienced  NPI Quality Engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and core quality tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support quality activities throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Execute APQP deliverables and ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements.
• Prepare and review PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, and related quality documentation.
• Monitor prototype and pilot production quality, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Support problem-solving using 8D, A3, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Production teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Track NPI quality KPIs and timing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
