We are looking for "Planning Engineers" for our global client operating in FMCG industry. 

Responsibilities;

·     Provide support and analyze all engineering activities for sales, production and supply chain teams,

·     Use the marketing and sales data of a company to effectively estimate future product demands,

·     Prepare various strategies for all planning activities,

·     Develop long term production plans as part of the integrated supply planning cycle,

·     Arrange and to prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and resolve issues to minimize delays in production,

·     Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations,

·     Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products,

·     Schedule shift according to production needs,

·       Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand,

·     Maintain close relationships with production to continuously improve the efficiency of the whole operation,

·     Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

Qualifications;

·       Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant technical fields.

·       Proven experience in production planning/demand planning / forecasting roles,

·       Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control concepts and tools, (Finished good planning, MRP, Inventory and Stock Control, Resource and Capacity Planning etc.)

·       Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, (specially Excel),

·       Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge,

·       Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP,

·       Very good command of written and spoken English,

·       Strong analytical and reporting skills,

·       Excellent communication skills,

·       Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
