Product Development Specialist (Private Label)

We are looking for a "Product Development Specialist" for our partner.

Qualifications 

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience,
• Experience in Private Label is required,
• Good command of English is required,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Detail-oriented, practical, and proactive approach,
• Able to manage projects independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new product projects from the initial brief received directly from the Sales team through to completion,
• Conduct supplier research and manage sampling and product sourcing processes,
• Coordinate closely with the R&D team throughout product development,
• Manage packaging selection, quality testing, risk analysis, and costing processes,
• Prepare the required budget and cost analysis,
• Coordinate the overall process and ensure projects are delivered on time.
