We are looking for an "R&D Manager" for our business partner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering,
• Advanced knowledge of patisserie products and processes,
• Strong expertise in raw materials and their functionalities,
• Good command of food regulations and legislation,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Strong presentation skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Active driver with a valid driving license.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end new product development and existing product improvement processes,
• Develop product formulations by analyzing raw material suitability,
• Oversee trial production and product approval processes,
• Create and maintain product and formulation data in ERP/PLM systems,
• Provide support for customer trials and on-site applications,
• Maintain technical documentation, reporting, and R&D records regularly,
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, occupational health & safety, and confidentiality standards.
