Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Sales Engineer for our global business partner, a leader in industrial solutions and fasteners, for whom we provide consultancy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• At least 2–3 years of field sales experience in industrial products (experience in sectors with high product diversity is preferred)
• Proficiency in English
• Strong knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (experience with Logo Tiger is a plus)
• High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and attentive
• Ability to adapt to a high volume of client visits and a flexible working schedule
• Customer-oriented, presentable, with excellent communication and strong representation skills
• Valid Class B driver's license and active driving experience

Job Description

• Manage the existing customer portfolio and increase sales volume by conducting an average number of monthly client visits
• Acquire new customers to expand the brand's market share and presence
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including quoting, contracting, and closing
• Apply solution-oriented approaches to potential crises during processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and inside sales teams to streamline operational workflows
• Represent the brand in the market in the most accurate and professional manner
