As Gram Equipment, we are looking for a Spare Part Sales Coordinator for our factory located in Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir – İzmir

Job description and Responsibilities

• At Gram Equipment, you will have the opportunity to exploit your potential and service the company's global customer network
• Being part of a global company that develops and sells some of the world's most fascinating equipment for industrial ice cream production
• Being part of a very experienced team of a total of eight people with reference to Global Spare Parts Manager
• Working together with close colleagues in USA, Italy and Denmark
• Have an exciting everyday life with various tasks within customer service and internal sales of spare parts
• Having day-to-day responsibility of a defined group of customers
• Being responsible to understand customer’s needs, provide requirements for the customer, prepare offers and orders as well as ensure regular follow-up on these
• It is crucial that you thrive with a large interface and can ensure that both customers and suppliers receive a completely unique service
• To meet customers in a global environment and advise/help them online/on the phone
• Being proactive and dynamic by nature, understand the importance of working together to achieve the group's common ambitious goals, and contribute with good energy to achieve them
• To be able to come up with constructive suggestions for improvements and optimizations of existing processes
• Ensure customers’ needs are met quickly and efficiently

Qualifications and competencies

• Graduated from Engineering Departments (Industrial/Mechanical) 
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Being passionate about providing an optimal and professional service
• 5+ years of technical spare parts, sales or after sales experience in a global company
• Being structured, service-minded, detailed and collaborated
• Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
