Accounting Specialist

Job description

-          Perform tax sheets monthly filings and relevant tax-related subjects.

-          Able to calculate corporate tax and necessary appendices.

-          Analysis of sales price according to the transfer pricing process.

-          Analysis of all of the accounting transactions according to legal regulations.

-          Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden.

-          Identify/resolve discrepancies and complex technical accounting issues as necessary.

-          Perform accounting policy, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis requests.

-          Identify issues and continuous improvement opportunities and communicate to management along with a potential range of solutions.

-          Participate in or lead special projects that require innovative and analytical skills.

-          Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.

Technical Skill Requirements

-          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-          Highly proactive and a “self-starter”.

-          Ability to positively work and function under pressure and tight timelines.

-          Must have a minimum of 2 years of accounting or tax experience within big four companies.

-          Possess excellent presentation and communication skills and demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise, and insightful updates on financial issues.

-          Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

-          Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

-          Willingness and potential for learning and development.
