We are looking for a Test Engineer for our Quality Team that is in Cayirova/Kocaeli.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, master’s degree is an asset
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in the transformer or heavy electrical equipment sector
• Very good command of written & spoken English
• Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially proficiency in Excel
• Effective communication skills
• Well organized, result oriented, pro-active & a good team player
• No travel restrictions, domestic or international

Main Responsibilities

• Performing controls, checks on Green Transfo products in accordance with specified standards and norms and reporting that they are complying with all requirements.

• To ensure the security of lives and properties in the laboratory to take the necessary precautions.

• Organizing performance of preliminary tests during transformer manufacturing stages.

• To organize routine, type and special tests and conduct internal and acceptance tests. Analyzing measurement values and preparing test reports, recording, and preserving test result.

• Training of related staff.

• Determining tests to be done in accordance with the standards and specification.

• Preparing and organizing test programs and test plans accordingly.

• Determination of failures and preparation of non-conformity reports.

• Performing site tests and commissioning transformers.

• To provide implementation of corrections of failures determined on quality control stages.

• To determine equipment requirements meeting new production methods. Organize and follow maintenance of devices and equipment used for tests.

• Establishing test specifications and standards in Green Transfo factory. Preparing documentation for statistical methods.
