Job Description Summary
Kickstart your career with GE Vernova as a Management Trainee at our Gebze factory! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, work on impactful projects, and develop the skills needed for a successful professional journey. Join us at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 1 year and collaborate with industry experts in a dynamic and innovative environment. Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to projects and operational processes within designated departments at GE Vernova Gebze factory
- Collaborate with department managers and teams to learn and support business processes
- Assist in analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities
- Take advantage of learning and development opportunities to enhance personal and professional skills
- Ensure coordination within the team and across departments
Required Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year university student or recent graduate
- Availability to work on-site at Gebze at least 3 days per week
- Commitment to participate in the program for at least 1 year
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Residing in Istanbul or Kocaeli
