Groupe Atlantic Site of İzmir is looking for a new Material Planning Engineer!

Today  the  Group  is looking for a new team member for its Site of İzmir (Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir)  specialized in towel dryers production who will join a young multi-cultural team and willing to work in an international environment!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Material Planning
• Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
• SAP knowledge
• Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Good communication skills to maintain good relationships internally and                externally,  team player
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description:

The general mission is to provide correct raw materials on time by managing and developing the suppliers, to keep raw material stocks correct and to keep stock levels in the acceptable target which is indicated in factory report. 

• Ensure stock levels are accurate, up to date, and aligned with inventory targets.
• Monitor supplier orders and manage order postponements or cancellations to optimize warehouse capacity and minimize obsolete inventory.
• Actively participate in supplier performance reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of suppliers’ logistics performance.
• Serve as the logistics contributor in new projects, ensuring the effective execution of all logistics-related activities.
• Manage end-of-life planning activities to prevent excess and obsolete inventory.
