About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will act as the primary strategic partner for designated business units, aligning organizational goals with people strategies.

You will work closely with business leaders to drive talent management, recruitment, organizational development, and change management initiatives while fostering a positive work environment and strong corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for designated business units, deeply understanding their operational/business needs and providing strategic HR solutions,
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent, while working closely with leaders to identify workforce requirements, succession plans, and talent development needs,
• Support restructuring, workforce planning, and performance improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and capabilities,
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on employee relations to ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant working environment while driving employee engagement,
• Collaborate with other HR teams to align business unit needs with overall HR strategy and company objectives,
• Participate in or lead HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in a business partnering role,
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proactive approach,
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities, able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization,
• Demonstrated capability to drive organizational initiatives and support change management processes,
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex problems,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, suitable for a global corporate environment.
