GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Economics, Business Administration, Finance, etc.),
• At least 5 years of experience in finance,
• Will be able to follow up financial operations transactions,
• Experienced in preparing bank instructions, transmitting them to the bank, finalizing them and managing the process,
• Have a good command of written and spoken English,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• Able to use Logo Tiger accounting program,
• Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork,
• Successful in tracking and completing work,
• Able to adapt to intense work tempo,
• Having a driver's license and being able to actively drive,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out all correspondence and communication with banks
• Following up current and administrative payments, preparing instructions and ensuring the completion of transactions,
• Organizing all domestic and international transfers,
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly payment reports and sharing them with senior management,
• Preparation of all reports requested by management,
• Following up and ensuring the payment of current / administrative / check / promissory note / loan payments,
• Following up and ensuring the completion of letter of credit / counter guarantee processes,
• Following up check/bill collections and payments,
• Making bank reconciliations,
• Submission of all transaction receipts and statements to accounting
