QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a well-educated professional to support our Vice Chairperson, who manages the international investments of our group, creates global brands and works in non-governmental organizations for the sustainability of our world. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering fields from reputable universities of Turkey (higher degrees will be an asset)
- Excellent skills of both written and verbal English.
- At least 3 years experience of project management, business development and similar roles (EA/PA experience will be an asset)
- High level of using MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word are must)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, administrative and organizational skills,
- Innovative point of view,
- Ability to work in rapid changing, multitasking and stressful business environment.
- Ability to keep calmness and control under stressful moments.
- No obstacle for domestic and international travels.
Responsibilities
- Working as a right hand of Vice Chairperson.
- Managing the Vice Chairperson’s agenda and closely follow meetings.
- Supporting Vice Chairperson with previous meeting minutes and getting notes in the current meeting.
- Gathering required reports from the function heads and consolidation and preparation of meeting presentations.
- Checking and preparing replies of mails,
- Arranging domestic and international travels of Vice Chairperson’s and her guests’ with all required details as flight, accommodation, restaurants, shuttle etc.
- Ensuring Vice Chairperson’s daily office arrangements and preparations of meeting rooms.
- Full coordination with driver, secretaries and other related persons.
- Supporting and participating (if needed) Board Meetings and take meeting notes for Vice Chairperson.
- Prepare, coordinate or lead ad hoc projects with full scope as requested by the Vice Chairperson.
- Managing Vice Chairperson’s PR agenda in coordination with corporate communication department.
- Organizing personal or company events in case of Vice Chairperson’s request.
