We are looking for a Sewing & Textile Production Specialist to support our product development and production processes.

Responsibilities

Produce prototypes and product samples.

Assist in pattern development and garment construction.

Collaborate with the design team on fabric, trims, and material selection.

Prepare products for production and conduct pre-production quality checks.

Identify and recommend improvements to production techniques and workflows.

Ensure products meet the company’s quality standards.

Work closely with the product development and production teams throughout the development process.

Requirements

Experience in sewing and textile production.

Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.

Pattern-making knowledge.

High attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for creating high-quality products.
