Corporate Communications Executive

We are looking for a team member who will work as a "Corporate Communications Executive”  to be appointed at the Marketing and Design Department 

• Direct report to the Marketing Director
• Planning and implementing communication activities such as branding, advertising, media and sponsorship campaigns in accordance with the corporate strategy
• Managing media relations and maximizing media opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the PR agency to develop messaging for proactive and reactive media outreach
• Proactive crisis communication and management
• Preparation of texts for interviews, press releases, speech texts of C-level, etc in coordination with the Marketing Director
• Leading event management - including fairs, sponsorships customer and employee events
• Take an active role in creating and implementing corporate social responsibility and sustainability projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Marketing Communications or relevant field, Master’s degree preferred
• At least 8-9 years of experience in the field of corporate communications, crisis management, press relations or journalism either in agencies or corporate firms
• An exceptional writer, experienced in copywriting and editing (in Turkish and English) with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective multi-tasker who is able to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, including quick reactions in times of crisis
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high coordination ability – the ability to comfortably navigate a complex matrix organisation and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Adept at managing agencies and projects
• Experience in managing media relations and event management is a must
• Experience in social media and brand communication is preferable
• Fluent in English
• Have effective reporting and presentation skills
• Innovative, creative and good at teamwork
• Eager to learn
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
