Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in product/category management, purchasing, or related fields
• Knowledge of market analysis, pricing, and product positioning
• Experience in B2B or industrial product categories is a plus
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Negotiation skills with local and global suppliers
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluency in English 
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle of Furniture Accessories, Furniture Fittings, Drawer Slides, Lift Systems, and Hinges product groups
• Develop and optimize product portfolio
• Conduct market research to identify new products and business opportunities
• Manage pricing, profitability, and stock processes
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to enhance product performance
• Ensure effective product lifecycle management and contribute to sustainable growth.
• Drive category growth and profitability in alignment with company strategy
• Contribute to the development of customer-centric product strategies
• Define category strategy based on customer needs and market trends
• Analyze sales data and adjust assortment accordingly
• Work closely with sales teams to drive category performance in the field
• Monitor competitors and propose counter-strategies
