About Job

Job Description
- Manage and develop export sales activities in assigned international markets, primarily Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Northern Cyprus, while supporting business development in additional countries when required,
- Build and execute country-based sales strategies aligned with company targets,
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, project customers, and manufacturers,
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development activities,
- Conduct regular international customer visits and market field activities,
- Manage project-based sales opportunities and convert them into orders,
- Prepare quotations, manage pricing, and lead commercial negotiations,
- Follow up on offers and manage the conversion from quotation to order,
- Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and pricing strategies,
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM systems,
- Achieving sales, profitability, and growth targets in assigned regions,
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance, product management, etc.),
- Support distributor performance development and channel expansion,
- Manage commercial risks, payment terms, and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields,
- Minimum 5–7 years of export sales experience,
- Experience in building materials, architectural hardware, furniture components, or similar industries preferred,
- Proven experience in distributor management and international market development,
- Strong commercial negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities,
- Results-driven with a strong business development mindset,
- Process-oriented with strong follow-up discipline and structured working style,
- Excellent planning, coordination, and multi-stakeholder management skills,
- Professional communication and representation skills,
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management,
- Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is preferred,
- Advanced Excel skills are preferred,
- Advanced level of English (mandatory),
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis,
- Based in Istanbul,
- Open to learning and continuous development.
