QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
• Min. 5 years of experience in export sales or customer management in preferably FMCG business,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, (second language is an asset), Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Analytical and strategic thinker,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities,
• Well organized and good at time management skills; systematic, reliable and team worker,
• Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively,
• Prospecting, negotiation, presentation and client relationship skills,
• No obstacles to travel in Turkey and abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieving business goals and financial targets,
• Manage end-to-end export sales processes in assigned regions, including market analysis, new customer acquisition, quotation management, sales forecasting, and receivables follow-up.
• Servicing existing distributor or contract manufacturing accounts, coordinating the order-to-delivery process in close collaboration with with customer experience and logistics functions,
• Analyzing and reporting customer opportunities in target markets, engaging potential customers, taking proactive role in sales growth,
• Leading new product development and product launch processes in line with customer needs; follow up on private label projects,
• Conducting market and competitive analysis, contributing to pricing, product, and channel strategies,
• Supporting growth and brand strategies for target markets in coordination with trade marketing teams,
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management,
• Execute promotional and sales development activities jointly with distributors and key customers.Following up, reporting and improving the digitalization projects in coordination with senior management and IT department.
