Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Export Sales Manager position
Proven success in international sales and market expansion
Strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in foreign languages ??is an advantage
Ability to work on-site, either in the Istanbul Pendik Office or the Kocaeli factory
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieving sales targets
Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and expand into new markets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with international customers and partners
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Using Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting
Communicating effectively in foreign languages
