Job description:

• Manage IT projects in line with the project management methodology to achieve successful project delivery
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, within scope and within agreed quality standards
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop, plan and execute different scale of projects
• Ensure that project team members are kept informed of progress, and stay aligned to the project goals
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Closely monitor risk and issues, report and escalate to management as needed
• Plan, organize and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure that all required project documentation is completed and up-to-date

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project management,
• Preferably having S/4 HANA project management experience
• Experience in FMCG sector or production as an in-house project manager would be preferable
• PMP certification is a plus
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Successfully shown leadership skills within a cross-functional team and ability to solve problems
• Strong team work skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills
