HR Business Partner (International)

Hayat Kimya is one of the biggest companies in FMCG business in Turkey, are looking for a HR Business Partner (International) in Human Resources Department. The related person will be responsible for managing all HR functions and Administrative Affairs (specially manufacturing related) and also setting the basic compensation and benefits policies and develop & drive a single C&B strategy for all Subsidiaries of Hayat Kimya Consumer Group.
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering  or related fields,
• Has manufacturing or industrial relations experience (preferably FMCG sector,
• Minimum 3-4 years of production and industrial relations experience in HR or C&B,
• Has experience in all HR areas, union and collective bargaining,
• Relevant experience in global compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition programs management at a country level,
• Solid experience in designing and managing sales incentive, bonus scheme, salary structure / grading, and performance management programs,
• Has good knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems,
• Has good knowledge of labor law,
• Has experience at Expatriate Management,
• Has no restriction to travel abroad,
• Ability to influence and obtain buy-in from stakeholders of multiple levels of organization,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Strong analytic and diagnostic skills,
• Strong work ethic and initiative, with excellent time management and project management skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the employee and executive management,
• Act as a consultant for HR Business Partners and line managers in terms of HR practices,
• Manage and coordinate all HR functions and Administrative Affairs operations from the first stage of investment (green field) to production starting date,
• Coordinate Head Quarter functions in order to support workforce planning, for all Subsidiaries,
• Follow-up all transfer processes, short-term / long – term assignments to the Subsidiaries,
• Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values,
• Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan,
• Design the set of different compensation and benefits policies for each different countries,
• Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees, by working with C&B consultancy firms and researching benefits issues,
• Monitor and record all KPI’s related with C&B area.
