Hayat Varlık is the leading asset management company in Turkey. As Hayat Varlık, we see technology as the driving force behind our operations, and are focused on creating original, high quality software systems.
Our software stack is based on Microsoft technologies; .NET, C#, and SQL Server. We also employ Angular.js on the web application front-end, among other things.
We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a Senior Business Analyst.As a member of our team which utilizes the SCRUM methodology, you will be expected to be enthusiastic about learning new ways of doing things. Specifically, we expect you to take part in the following tasks:

• Requirement exploration and gathering,
• Business process analysis and simplification,
• Preparation of business analysis, use case, test case documents,
• Oversight of testing processes,
• Coordination of related projects, as necessary.

İŞ TANIMI

We believe in order to perform the above tasks, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

• Knowledge of, or willingness to work with SCRUM,
• At least eight years of hands-on business analysis experience,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to communicate with both business people and developers.
