Job Description;

- Full compliance with all Company and Customer Site Health & Safety regulations and associated systems and procedures,

- Solid refractory expertise is a must for monolithics, bricks applications in Iron & Steel Industry. 

- Contact different levels of people at the customer side in order to analyze technical and market demands to support sales strategies accordingly,

- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly technical reports, visit and trial reports, 

- Coordinate technical progress between sales, R&D and production, 

- Generating action plans coherent with existing and possible product portfolio to support sales,

- Communicating customers mainly in Turkey and other locations like EMEA regions for technical support and presence. 

- Make customer visits and manage all technical progress from start till closing by maintaining the relationship with customers with coordination of sales team,

- Project and trial management with coordinating different teams and contractors,

- Growth of Business Volume by identifying and creating opportunities,

- Deal with the customer complain, follow up until resolution and take necessary actions to minimize them,

- Training of clients in the correct use of products,

- Technical introduction of newly developed products. 

- Participate to trainings set by the company,

- Trains and mentors junior and experienced staff when needed,

- Transfer the technical information to necessary departments. 

-Able to travel 50% of the time domestic and internationally.
