Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the food service, restaurant, or FMCG sectors
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Experience in supplier sourcing, development, and relationship management
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• No travel restrictions
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required

Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement strategies for food and/or non-food categories in alignment with company objectives
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for requested products and services
• Monitor and resolve issues arising throughout the procurement cycle to ensure business continuity
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers
• Identify, evaluate, and develop alternative suppliers and products to support business needs
• Conduct market research, pricing analyses, and competitive benchmarking studies
• Prepare and present periodic procurement reports and analyses
• Support cost optimization, quality improvement, and supplier performance initiatives
