QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With our production and technical capabilities, we increase reference sites with various applications including e-mobility, warehouse management, marine, renewable energy, storage solutions

We are looking for a tech-savvy sales engineer to assist with the selling of complex technological products and services on a B2B business model. The Sales Engineer should have sufficient knowledge on Lithium Battery pack mechanical, electrical & BMS, maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.To be successful as a sales engineer, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS 

  • Following recent battery technologies and latest battery management systems features.
  • Review academic papers and provide insight summary for team members.
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  • executing set strategies and plans for the assigned sectors/customers to ensure HDApower sales goals are on target, create high value revenue generating opportunities, and establish long term customer success and continued interaction.
  • Orchestrating the execution of strategies for the assigned account to ensure engagements yield high-volume sales, drive plans to increase revenue potential, and open new opportunities for HDApower, aligned to goals, budgets, and forecasts and driving accountability to deliver on account plans and grow the account, leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Proactively expands strategic network of key internal and external partners and decision makers, including vertical industry partners, to ensure execution of core tasks and account transactions.
  • Proactively developing understanding of customer's business needs, priorities, strategies, and industry insights. Anticipating customer's needs to deliver new insights and Showing differentiated value for the customer, leveraging industry expertise.
  • Using business cases to develop and present compelling value proposition presentations for customers that showcase HDApower’s products and solutions, generate business and upsells, and generate new opportunities.
  • Creating and qualifing new opportunities by identifying strategic opportunities within accounts and guiding the customer on how to best identify new opportunities, leveraging customer and industry relationships.
  • Cultivating relationships and using HDApower sales strategies throughout multiple levels of the customer's organization to establish strong alignment on long-term goals and execution.
  • Receiving customer feedback (both formal and informal) to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and help mitigate issues with dissatisfaction, leveraging industry knowledge and understanding customer business needs.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded solutions.


JOB REQUIREMENTS 

You will need to have below qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience - core sales, B2B key account sales, industry or solution selling
  • Extensive experience of working across functions and territories both of internal and external
  • Fundamentals knowledge of Li-Ion chemistry and pack mechanism.
  • Driving change with curiosity, empathy, passion and courage
  • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution.
  • Strong B2B key account relationship and solution development skills
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences
  • Capability to work with tight deadlines under pressure
  • Adapt to work on flexible working hours as over times and holidays when necessary.
  • Sufficient Knowledge of Battery Managment Systems
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills and curious spirit and willing to work in fast-paced team with high level of attention to details
  • Proficient Experience in MS Office Applications and ERP systems
