FOREIGN TRADE OPERATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a candidate to work full time in our office in Mecidiyeköy-Istanbul

 QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· To carry out  import/export operations for foreign trade in accordance with the company procedures,

· To apply related regulations for domestic and international customs clearance processes,

· To follow changes and updates at the legislations and procedures and update related

departments,

· To plan and execute logistics operations in line with requested delivery dates,

· To plan and execute the whole foreign operations and transactions,

· To organize import & export transportation organizations,

· To inform and follow all related stakeholders for timely foreign trade operations,

· To keep in touch with the Account & Finance Departments for all the payments and organize the hard & soft copies of the files,

· To prepare related and required periodical reports

·To have min 3  years experience.

·To have  full word,excel,outlook knowledge

·To be  able to communicate perfectly in English;writing,speaking,understanding.

· To preferably have experience in chemicals sector.
