Hepsiburada is looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic team player to join Women Entrepreneurs Programme.

You must be passionate about sales and marketing, true believer of social change and life long learning, goal oriented, flexible, self-driving and have the ability to change course quickly, result oriented, and thrive in a highly demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily/monthly/ revenue and plan marketing and sales activities accordingly

Conduct marketing activities along with women entrepreneurs

Close follow up main category and competitors

Monitor women entrepreneurs monthly growth

Coordinate operation effort with team members and other departments

Expedite the resolution of entrepreneurs problems and complaints to maximize programme satisfaction

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and entrepreneurs’ relationships

Skills/Requirements

Spirit of Entrepreneurship is a must

Eager to learn and teach

Believe in ‘e-tail is Detail’

Minimum 1-2 year sales experience

Passionate for learning digital environment

Expert use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word

Excellent writing and editing skills (Both Turkish and English)

Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change while maintaining a positive attitude.

A self-starter who instinctively and consistently creates personal and professional stretch goals and meets them.

Works well with others with the ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.

Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities.

Curiosity and ability to think creatively, flexibility, and a sense of humor.

Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited university; preferred majors: Business, Economics, Marketing or similar discipline.
