QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HYDRA is a part of our group company who has been in the industry since 1977. HYDRA designs, produces and sells oil spill response equipment, work boats and marine equipment worldwide particularly to keep our seas clean, as well as rivers, factory or construction sites. HYDRA is looking for a dynamic, proactive and collaborative Manager who will be responsible for all operations in the new established Yalova plant.

QUALIFICATIONS

Undergraduate degree from related engineering faculties.

Min. 10 years hands-on work experience in marine sector or production of special purpose equipment.

Available to reside in Yalova and willing to travel to our various locations across the country, mainly in Istanbul for coordination.

Planning, organization and problem-solving skills.

Team player with a high level of responsibility.

No military obligations for male candidates.

Having experience in sales is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Scaling up the Yalova Plant.

Management of all operations at the Yalova facility.

Leading the design, product development, warehouse operations, planning, production processes, supply chain including outsourcing and service.

Collaboration with the headquarters, ship operators, our brands and each team of our group companies.

Supporting the headquarters sales team on related occasions.
