Job Description: 

As the Accounting Team Lead ("Muhasebe Yöneticisi"), you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, and the management of the accounting team. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. You will report to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting

• Manage the accounting team and ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting tasks

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations

• Prepare and file VAT returns

• Oversee import and export accounting 

• Utilize SAP, specifically the CO and FI modules, to manage financial data and processes

• Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data and make recommendations for improvement

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

• Communicate financial information to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both in Turkish and English
