• University degree in Industrial Engineer or related disciplines
• Min. 5 years experience in Quality Department at Automotive Industry
• Very good command of English both verbal and written
• IATF 16949 Quality System Internal Audit Knowledge (Certified),
  
• Certified and knowledge of VDA, 
• SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP knowledge
  
• Analytical mind-set with ability to keep resilient and focused approach in high stress conditions,
  
• Good follow up and result oriented
• Team spirit
• Taking initiative and having eagerness to learn
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for the Quality Management System (IATF 16949) process and performance monitoring.
• Ensure sustainability of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 systems, monitoring of quality system implementation effectiveness
• Follow up and apply the changes on IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards and customer special requirements.
  
• Management of global and local quality system documents
  
• Manage and prepare the internal system and process audit plan. Perform process audits according to VDA 6.3 and system audits according to IATF 16949 according to plan, follow up the actions
  
• Coordination of Risk & Opportunity Management
  
• To organize and report management review meetings for the Quality Management System at least once a year.
  
• Coordination with Global QMS Team
• To monitor and report all KPIs in the system, to warn the relevant process owner if there is a missing KPI, and to request a corrective action report if the KPI is out of target.
