We are searching for a seasoned ‘Concierge’to be the First Impression and Guardian of Guest Experience. Do you thrive on creating exceptional experiences for others? As a Concierge at Hotel Komana Binbirdirek, you will be the cornerstone of outstanding guest service, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable stay for all visitors, particularly our valued VIP guests.

Qualifications 

• A Bachelor's degree and high school in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus,
• Proven track record as a Concierge or a similar role, 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a welcoming and informative environment for guests,
• A genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations and delivering unparalleled service excellence,
• A polished and professional demeanor, upholding the highest standards of appearance,
• Maintaining composure and navigating diverse situations with a positive and proactive approach,
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in both independent and team-oriented settings,
• In-depth knowledge of Istanbul and its hidden gems would be a significant advantage,
• Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred,
• Proven experience as a concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage.
