QUALIFICATIONS

•       Bachelor’s degree,
•       Working knowledge of procurement practices, market research, contract negotiation,
•       Minimum  three years experience of Procurement, Supply Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations experience,
•       Self-starting, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude,
•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
•       Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills,
•       Solid interpersonal and rapport building abilities,
•       Analytical and decision-making skills,
•       Ability to meet the requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities,
•       Proficiency in English,
•       Working knowledge of MS Office programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•       Take part in supplier search and selection,
•       Control and follow up the contract and payment to suppliers process,
•       Keep in touch with the logistic department and follow up the customs process,
•       Procure raw materials, indirect materials and service needs,
•       Improve supply chain processes through reporting,
•       Purchase of requested consumables materials from office and production area,
•       Complete to import goods process on SAP,
•       Research on supply conditions and pricesi negotiate with suppliersi evaluate and report the offers.
