We are looking for Sourcing Fabric & Material Specialist with the following qualifications to be appointed as part of our passionate and development-oriented world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluation of the suppliers in the portfolio and those who will participate in the portfolio, development of collaborations at the points where they are needed
• Reporting of business results and ensuring their effective use in activities
• Evaluating supplier, market and raw material alternatives to produce optimum solutions to the demands from internal and external customers and ensuring supplier development
• Ensuring healthy information sharing, cooperation and coordination between customers, processes and suppliers
• In case of non-compliance of the raw materials supplied with the standards, ensuring the necessary coordination with the suppliers, customers and quality units
• Managing the payment processes for the materials supplied
• Research and development of the fabrics and materials required for production at the right time, in accordance with the right quality, quantity and price policy
• Experienced especially in accessory research, development and purchasing
• Dominating domestic and international markets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Degree in Textile or Chemical Engineering
• Competent in research and development of all textile materials especially in accessories
• Comprehensive knowledge of textile production, fabric construction, dyeing and finishing processes
• Knowledge of chemical & physical tests, inspection, RSL requirements
• Experience in all types of accessories with supplies in Europe, Turkey and offshore
• Min. 7 years textile material sourcing experience
• Good interpersonal relationships, management abilities and multicultural approach
• Eager to grow; high integrity; encourages teamwork; understands diversity; good at communication and able to influence
• Strong computer skills
