Hyosung Group started its business operations with the Dongyang Nylon Factory, which was established in 1966. Hyosung Group operates in various sectors including Spandex, Nylon, Polyester, tire cord used in the tire manufacturing industry, industrial materials used in seat belt and airbag production, heavy industry products such as motors and high-voltage distribution equipment, as well as polypropylene, TPA and optical film production in the chemical industry. In addition, the Group operates in areas such as ATM machines, storage systems, LED products, IT and construction.

We are looking for an “ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE CHIEF” with the following qualifications to work at our SPANDEX (Elastane Yarn) production factory located in Kapaklı / TEKİRDAĞ.

Our production facility operates 24/7. Therefore, depending on operational requirements, the employee may be required to work or provide technical support on weekends and public/religious holidays.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in industrial manufacturing facilities,
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, transformers, compensation systems, PLC, power electronics, process control and automation,
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities,
• Experience in managing and coordinating maintenance teams,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills,
• Good communication and team management skills,
• Military service completed for male candidates,
• Preferably residing in or able to relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or Saray.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and coordinate electrical maintenance activities in the factory,
• Ensure efficient and reliable operation of electrical equipment and systems,
• Prepare and follow preventive and periodic maintenance plans,
• Identify potential equipment failures and implement preventive actions,
• Coordinate troubleshooting activities and ensure timely resolution of electrical breakdowns,
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring failures and develop corrective actions,
• Manage LV/MV systems, transformers, compensation systems, PLC and automation-related maintenance activities,
• Monitor daily and monthly maintenance KPIs and prepare related reports,
• Plan and assign the work of employees under his/her responsibility,
• Follow maintenance standards, procedures and safety requirements,
• Support electrical improvement, investment and energy efficiency projects,
• Coordinate spare parts and technical material requirements related to electrical maintenance,
• Report maintenance activities, problems and improvement actions to management.
