In addition, the Group provides services in IT and construction sectors and produces ATM systems, storage solutions and LED products.

For our manufacturing facility located in Kapaklı / Tekirdağ, we are looking for a “Social Compliance Responsible” with the following qualifications.

Please note that advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for this position, as the role requires regular communication with international customers, auditors and overseas teams.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a university,
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social compliance, ethical trade, HR compliance, auditing or related areas,
• Experience in social compliance and customer audit processes, including Inditex, SLCP, SEDEX/SMETA, amfori BSCI and SA8000, is preferred,
• Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and employment practices,
• Experience in audit preparation, documentation and corrective action follow-up,
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel,
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills,
• Detail-oriented, responsible and solution-focused,
• Able to communicate effectively with international customers, auditors and internal departments,
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing environment,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or Saray.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and coordinate the company’s social compliance processes in line with customer requirements and applicable standards,
• Coordinate and support Inditex, SLCP, SEDEX/SMETA, amfori BSCI, SA8000 and other customer-specific social compliance audits and assessments,
• Prepare the company for announced and unannounced social compliance audits,
• Coordinate audit schedules, documentation, site preparation and communication with customers and third-party auditors,
• Review HR and operational records to ensure accuracy, compliance and audit readiness,
• Monitor working hours, overtime, wages and benefits, leave practices, disciplinary processes and other employment conditions from a social compliance perspective,
• Monitor compliance with Turkish Labor Law and applicable social compliance requirements,
• Identify potential social compliance risks and coordinate necessary preventive and corrective actions,
• Follow up audit findings and manage Corrective Action Plans (CAP) together with relevant departments,
• Ensure audit findings are closed within the required deadlines and maintain supporting evidence,
• Maintain and update SEDEX, SLCP, amfori BSCI and other relevant customer or social compliance platforms,
• Monitor customer Codes of Conduct and ensure relevant requirements are communicated and implemented within the company,
• Coordinate with HR, EHS, Production and other departments regarding social compliance requirements and improvement actions,
• Prepare periodic social compliance reports, audit summaries and improvement plans for management,
• Support employee awareness and training activities related to employee rights, working conditions and social compliance,
• Follow developments in social compliance requirements, customer standards and relevant legislation and ensure necessary updates are implemented.
