Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2 and more years of experience in HR (Experience in the automotive sector will be a plus)
• Fluent in English for reading, writing and speaking
• Knowledge of payroll, labor law, employee relations, compensation & benefits
• Advanced level of MS Office programs
• Knowledge of the SAP HR module
• Advanced research, data collection, analysis, planning and reporting skills
• Advanced planning and organizational skills and follow up
• Anticipating problems or improving existing practices
• Strong communication and compatible with teamwork
• High persuasiveness, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Driving actively
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Able to take responsibilities for all HR functions when necessary
• Carrying out the salary process and calculating salaries
• Taking an active role and responsibility in legal processes regarding compensation and benefits in the field of Human Resources
• Preparation of HR business plan
• Carrying out the resignation and dismissal process
• Carrying out court and negotiator processes when necessary
• Social benefit management
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all positions,  screen candidates resume, making interview plans for a variety of roles
• Preparation, implementation, and organization of Annual Training and Education plans
• Planning and management of  company social activities
