We are looking for an Scrum Masters in three different categories who are as passionate about our vision as we are. Roles includes the following mandatory qualifications and activities:

Qualifications

General

• English C1 Level
• German C1 Level
• A market recognized certificate for Scrum Master or a certificate "Team Facilitator".
• Several years of experience in a large international corporation
• Experience in agile projects

Portfolio Scrum Master Role

• Experience as an Area Scrum Master or comparable activity in a scaled agile environment
• Experience in strategic work
• At least experience level HA (DACH30 Manifesto for Enterprise Agility) or comparable

Area Scrum Master Role

• Experience as a Scrum Master or comparable activity in a scaled agile environment
• At least experience level SHU (DACH30 Manifesto for Enterprise Agility) or comparable

Scrum Master

• Experience as a Scrum Master or comparable activity in a scaled agile environment

Activities:

General:

• Moderates the method-specific events (e.g., retro, review, daily meetings, etc.).
• Is responsible for the collaboration within the Realization Team.
• Clears obstacles (impediments) for the team (escalates obstacles to responsible parties if necessary)
• Coaches the Realization Team and the Product Owner in the process as well as in the methods, values and principles of agile working methods.
• Ensures the exchange of information between the Realization Team and the Product Owner.
• Works with team and organization to improve transparency of artifacts (e.g., backlog)
• Protects the team from internal and external negative influences.

Portfolio Scrum Master Role

• Works in a scaled international environment in more than 3 markets or a large market area.
• Designs enterprise level work systems/organizations and develops strategies.
• Works with more than three teams with more than 40 total team members
• Works with his/her team on more than three brands/markets
• Works on more than three product developments

Area Scrum Master Role

• Works in a scaled international in more than one market or in a large market area
• Designs work systems/process organization in a scaled environment including strategy
• Works with more than one team with more than 10 total team members
• Works with his team on more than one brand/market
• Works on more than one product development

Scrum Master Role

• Works in a team
• Designs work systems / process organization on team level
• Works with a team of up to 10 team members
• Works with his team on one brand/market
• Works on at least one product development
