Senior Requirement Engineer

We are looking for an energetic team member who will work as full-time Senior Requirement Engineer and to be assigned at Teknopark Istanbul office with following qualifications:
 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industry Engineering or related fields
• At least 6 years experience in Software Engineering field
• The Ability to work within an international team collaboratively
• High knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Collaborate with product owners, other requirements engineers and development teams
• Support requirement management activities for a given project
• Handle all requirements change requests from both internal and external entities
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
• Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Team worker, proactive attitude, strong analytical skills
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Eager to learn new technologies and new trends in software engineering
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English

 
Preferred Competencies & Experience

• At least 2 years experience in Product Management, Requirement Engineering or Business Analyst
• Experienced in telecomunication industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Voice Over IP( VOIP ) technology is a plus
• Knowledge of Session Initiation Protocol ( SIP ) is a plus
• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop usage for modeling graphics is a plus
• Familiarity with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence) is a plus 
• Modeling techniques and methods is a plus
• Experience in writing test plans and test cases is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

• Ability to work within an international team collaboratively as Business Analyst, supporting product management with eliciting requirements, translating business requirements into user stories and documentation of the user stories
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Working collaboratively with the product management and the development team within an internation team
 
The requirement engineer is charged with working with the project stakeholders and end users to elicit, understand, analyze, and document the requirements for a system in order to solve a given business problem.
