Business Development Manager

Founded in 1998, iDATA is an officially authorized organization appointed by the German and Italian Ministries of Foreign Affairs to provide visa services. iDATA operates under BLS International Services Ltd., one of the world's largest providers of visa and consular services.
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at our Istanbul Şişli Office and oversee business development activities and institutional relations related to Italy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing business development processes related to Italy operations, maintaining relationships with consulates and official institutions, contributing to the development of new business opportunities, and representing the company at senior-level meetings and engagements.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Italian
- Professional fluency in both Italian and English
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, institutional relations, international operations, partnership management, or related fields
- Previous experience in a managerial position
- Proven experience in managing relationships with consulates, public institutions, and strategic business partners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company at high-level meetings and discussions
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
- Experience in managing professional relationships with international partners and institutions
- Residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate
Duties and Responsibities
- Plan and execute business development activities related to Italy operations
- Manage relationships with consulates, official institutions, and strategic stakeholders
- Develop and support initiatives aimed at creating new business opportunities
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with international business partners
- Represent the company at senior-level meetings, negotiations, and official engagements
- Lead and manage projects that contribute to the company's growth and business development objectives
