We are a global company (HQ is located in Israel) ,specialized in Design and Production of optical and accurate motion systems.

As part of our growth strategy and customers demand, we are in connection with CNC machining manufactures in Turkey (currently in Istanbul and Izmir) that will produce for us the CNC parts.

Most of the parts will be CNC milling parts manufactured from Aluminum with size of 20mm up to 150 mm.

As part of our plan, we intend to open a Supply Chain Hub (office, inspection room, warehouse) in Turkey that will be responsible for the manufacturers success, on technology, quality and on-time delivery. Therefore, we are looking for Manufacturer success position:

The Manufacturer success job responsibility will include:

Quality control of supplier parts manufactured mainly by CNC milling machines.

Guide manufacturers to produce successfully parts according to Spec and quality demands.

Support technical questions, find and create technical solutions, according to manufacturer needs

Sync between IDEA DNA and supplier 

Inspect and report the produced parts, according to quality demands.

Report to managers in HQ for manufacturing process and technical issues.

The Manufacturer success will required :

Vast experience within CNC milling machines and quality control inspection related to CNC.

Fluent English.

Ability to work from home (at the beginning until the supply chain hub will be established).

Travel between the suppliers (e.g., Izmir, Istanbul) for on-site guidance and on-site parts inspection.

Guide suppliers regarding needed technical process.

Visit HQ for ~2 weeks training at the beginning of work (located at Israel)
