We are looking for young talents who have the following qualifications:

-         Senior-year Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree student

-         Maximum 2 years of job experience

-         Fluency in English

-         Advanced command of MS Office applications

-         Open to working in flexible hours and days

-         Preferably open to location changes among IKEA Stores for career opportunities

-         Real communication skills, strong team spirit, commitment and energy to lead projects.

We offer you:

IKEA WAY Talent Program is an 8-month program which combines “business development” and “personal development”. During this period, you will be working part-time (3 or 4 days a week), and you will participate in different learning processes as well as working across all departments of the IKEA store. Rather than doing an office job and being at your desk all day, working on the shop floor and facing real customer experience is the main challenge. Trainees will be included in the shift program which may require working in the evening shift and on weekends.

Throughout the program, you will carry out real responsibilities; make a meaningful contribution to the business; gain knowledge of our values, culture, business drivers and develop your network within IKEA Türkiye. After this rewarding initial period, you should be ready to go one step further in your career for new experiences and expanding your skills by becoming a full-time Young Talent. Our program will start in September 2026, and successful talents will move on to a Full-Time Specialist program by September 2027.
