QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview

During the 30 years from the day of its establishment, Iltekno has realized a number of innovative power generation and cogeneration/trigeneration applications in various sectors like hotels, hospitals, airports, universities, landfills, biogas plants, industrial facilities and IPPs. With its in-house engineering, design, procurement, installation and after-sales services, Iltekno offers turnkey solutions with the most appropriate configurations to meet the needs of its customers.

Now, İltekno is seeking a driven, proactive and service oriented Sales Coordinator to join its awesome sales team! The position will be the first point of contact and internal coordinator of the Sales Team and will provide most suitable solution to customers with the appropriate product & projects and make sales in the scope of responsibility and develop customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain and grow the sales pipeline,
  • Develop plans and strategies for business development and achieving the territory sales goals,
  • Gather knowledge of assigned market/territory, applications, terminology, trends, and issues,
  • Act as the main internal point of contact for Sales-related inquiries and intakes,
  • Provide sales support in meetings,
  • Make technical presentations to all levels of customer organization,
  • Convey to clients technical information on findings, recommendations and solutions,
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis,
  • Review and influence customer specifications to assure compliance and/or noted exceptions for development of equipment and service quotations,
  • Support development of engineering and installation work scopes, schedules and cost estimates to facilitate total scope project offerings,
  • Put together quality and timely technical scope / solution / customer benefits that can be incorporated into proposal documents,
  • Provide input for New Product/Service Introduction and introduce new services / products to sales / service teams and clients,
  • Contribute positively to regional sales, orders, profitability, and quality goals,
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned tasks,
  • Proactively join company-strategic sales planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones,
  • Anticipate market developments and identify what and how İltekno can add value to customers in order to market insights and propositions to target customers,
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs,

Experience / Qualification

  • Bachelor’ s/ Master’ s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic and/or Marine Mechanical Engineering,
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position, a customer facing role within Oil & Gas, Power Gen or other general energy industries preferred,
  • Having strong knowledge of Power-Gen Gas Systems,
  • Ability to bring an innovative approach to complicated problem solving,
  • A strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of business fundamentals,
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and develop complex solutions utilizing the entire İltekno portfolio,
  • Experience with customer specifications review, proposal development, and contract development and negotiations,
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex engineering and operational issues,
  • Strong presentation skills,
  • Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Turkish,
  • Initiative driven by strong social and interpersonal skills to support external sales
  • Strong customer mindset,
  • Strong work ethic,
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to % 70 

Preferred Candidate
