Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the IT, software, or technology sector
- Knowledge of HR operations and personnel processes
- Familiarity with Turkish Labor Law is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support
- Support employee engagement initiatives by planning and organizing company events, internal communication activities, and employer branding projects
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate reference checks, personality assessments, language tests, and pre-employment documentation
- Monitor occupational health and safety documentation in coordination with external consultants
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of HR processes
- Support various HR projects and perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager
