Requirements

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related sciences
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Turkish
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Capable of using basic design applications and tools,
• Has a good understanding of content management, e-mail marketing tools, and Social media management, ads etc.
• Good communication, negotiation, organizational and time-management skills
• Good at video editing software, experience with video trimming and timing adjustments, and expertise in audio editing,
• Capable of multitasking,
• Motivated to join events and take photographs
• Highly skilled in reporting and presentation,
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies.

Job Description

• Creation, management, and optimization of social media and marketing contents
• Following and analysis of advertising campaigns
• Reporting and performance tracking
• Target audience optimization and creating creative advertising texts specific to the target audience
• Developing alternative marketing campaigns
• Creating and presenting new ideas and strategies
• Managing communication with agencies and coordinating digital advertising campaigns
• Combining creativity with analytics to test innovative marketing strategies and designs
• Planning and executing marketing events
• Organizing the posts on the blog page
