SANTİS TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and support the planning, coordination and execution of our marketing activities.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, HQ marketing teams and agency partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered effectively, on time and in line with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular marketing reports, presentations and performance summaries.

• Coordinate day-to-day communication with creative, digital, PR, influencer and media agencies.

• Act as a key point of contact between the local marketing team and HQ marketing teams.

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand activities.

• Follow up on project timelines, deliverables and campaign outputs to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

• Coordinate multiple marketing projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Support the team in campaign planning, content processes and other ongoing marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing, preferably within retail, consumer electronics or consumer brands.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning and digital marketing trends.

• Passion for lifestyle and consumer culture, with a keen eye for emerging trends and consumer insights.

• Experience working with creative, digital, PR and media agencies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative, positive and eager to learn.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
