About the Role

Hobi Cosmetis, a Dabur Enterprise International company and one of the leading manufacturers in the cosmetics and personal care industry, is looking for an experiencedBrand Manager to join its Marketing team at our Head Office in Maltepe, Istanbul.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand and category strategies that drive sustainable growth, strengthen market performance, and enhance consumer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead product innovation initiatives, develop integrated marketing campaigns, and contribute to building strong and successful brands in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Brand Management experience, preferably within the FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategy.
• Experience in new product development and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into business opportunities. Experience working with market research and sales analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen is an advantage).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category and brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage brand performance, profitability, and category growth.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and market data to support business decisions.
• Lead new product development, innovation, and product renovation projects from concept to launch.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Coordinate marketing activities with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support pricing, promotional, and commercial initiatives to maximize business performance.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance analysis.
